Delivery Charges
For orders weighing less than 2kg a standard carriage charge of *to be confirmed* applies. Larger orders between 2kg and 10kg will have a delivery charge of *to be confirmed*. Where the weight of the order exceeds 10kg the carriage charge is *to be confirmed*.
Exceptions on delivery
To make sure that our live plants are delivered to you in in the best condition we are very sorry to have to exclude some areas from delivery, because the delivery will take too long to ensure the products arrive in an acceptable condition. These areas include HS, IV41-IV56, KW15-KW17, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH40-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE3.
Order Despatch
We despatch all our orders at the beginning of the week to ensure that your orders arrive before the weekend and is unlikely to spend too much time in transit.
Payments
The payment will be taken when your order has been processed by us and your will receive a confirmation via email. In case any items in your order become unavailable we will issue a full refund.
Product Images and Descriptions
Please note that any of our product images are a visual representation only! You can find all information about our products in the product descriptions. Any product information we share on our website is a general guide and we constantly update these descriptions to the best of our knowledge. All dimensions of the products are approximate. Please remember that the growth and quality of your plants once received can be affected environmental factors.
Complaints
We aim to respond to any complaints within 5 working days, and we will keep you updated on your complaint matter.
Order Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as you can if you would like to cancel your order, because we can only cancel your order free of charge if it hasn’t been shipped yet. To cancel an order please contact us via email or phone, including your name, order number and contact details.
We will transfer the value of the cancelled order or items back onto your account no later than 14 days after we’ve received your cancellation.
Faulty Goods
We look after all our plants with good care and make sure that we only send out the healthiest and most established plants to you. Should you ever receive any damaged items or you’re not happy with the quality of the plants, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Other
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any affects (such as allergies or poisoning) caused by misuse of our products or ignoring the guidelines for the product.
